Corvex Technologies · Agents for operations work · Pilot cohort open

Hand the busywork to an agent. Keep the judgment calls.

Corvex builds agents that carry multi-step work across your inbox, ERP, spreadsheets and ticketing tools. When a step would spend money, contact someone outside, or the agent isn't sure, it stops and lays out the options for you.

How it works

Every run follows the same route. Step four is always yours.

An agent isn't a chat box with better answers. Given a task, it breaks the work into steps, uses only the tools you've granted, and records everything it does.

  1. Understand the task

Starts from a sentence or an SOP and confirms which systems it will touch and what it should produce.

  2. Plan

Lists the steps and tools it intends to use. You can read the plan at any time.

  3. Do the work

Reads email, checks ledgers, fills in sheets, opens tickets, all within the access you granted.

  4. Stop and ask

Pauses for payments, external messages, deletions, or anything it isn't confident about.

  5. Hand back

Returns the result with a full record. You can replay every step and the data it used.

Good fits

Four kinds of work run best in our pilots.

What they share: many steps, several systems, mostly clear rules, and a few cases where a person has to decide.

Month-end reconciliation

Email · ERP · Excel

Agent does

  • Collects invoices and extracts the fields
  • Matches each one against payment records
  • Drafts discrepancy notes

You decide

  • Whether to contact suppliers
  • How to book the differences

Support ticket triage

Helpdesk · Knowledge base · Slack

Agent does

  • Categorizes tickets and fills in missing details
  • Drafts replies from the knowledge base
  • Routes each ticket by your rules

You decide

  • Refunds and credits
  • Escalating complaints

Purchase quotes

Purchase requests · Supplier email · Sheets

Agent does

  • Requests quotes from approved suppliers
  • Builds a side-by-side comparison
  • Flags differences in lead time and terms

You decide

  • Which supplier
  • Whether to place the order

Weekly status report

Project tracker · Code repo · Docs

Agent does

  • Gathers progress and blockers
  • Compares against last week's plan
  • Writes the first draft

You decide

  • Which risks to escalate
  • Who receives it

Limits

Agents that can do the work, and know what not to do alone.

These three are hard rules in the product, not suggested settings.

Access is granted per tool

Each agent gets only the systems and actions its task needs, such as “read the ledger, write the reconciliation sheet.” Revoke access at any time.

Risky actions need approval

Payments, external messages and data deletion always pause for a person. Who approved, and when, is recorded.

Every step can be replayed

See what the agent read, why it made each call, and what it changed. When something goes wrong, you can find the exact step.

Team

We did this work by hand before we built agents for it.

Our founding team comes from enterprise software and model research. We've rolled out ERPs and trained models, and we've seen plenty of companies where new systems still left people copying data between them.

Corvex is focused on one thing: let agents take over the mechanical parts of a workflow, so people spend their time on the decisions that need them.

Pilot program

Tell us which workflow you'd hand off.

The pilot is free. We work with you to get one real workflow running end to end. Each cohort takes 10 companies, chosen by fit, not by sign-up order.
